Tingly Tenders
Crispy, HOT, CHICKEN TENDERS made in the air fryer! 💥 Served with a spicy mayonnaise dip!

Ingredients – makes 9 tenders
400g Chicken breast, cut into thick strips
1 tbsp @tinglyteds Tingly sauce
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of each – garlic granules, onion granules, oregano and salt.
For dredging-
Corn flakes, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
For the dip-
2 tbsp @tinglyteds Tingly sauce
1/4 cup @heinz_uk Light Mayonnaise
Method –
Step 1 – In a bowl add the chicken strips, mix in all of the seasonings, coating them well.
Step 2 – Take a strip, dip it in the egg mixture and then the cornflakes, set aside. Continue with the remaining chicken strips.
Step 3 – Set your air fryer to 190C and spray the tray with a little oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, turning half way through.
Step 4- Whilst you’re waiting for the chicken to cook. Make the dip by combining the mayonnaise and tingly sauce. Mix well.
Step 5 – Once the cooking cycle is done. Check the chicken is cooked through and remove from the air fryer. Drizzle the spicy mayonnaise over the chicken tenders or use as a dip! Top with some parsley (optional) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
