shakshouka-inspired eggs en cocotte!

can’t stop won’t stop with the eggs en cocotte! it’s just so fun to make mini versions of things 🥰

shakshouka is a dish consisting of eggs poached in tomatoes, and it originated in North Africa/the Middle East. it also historically has been a part of Sephardic Jewish cuisine! it’s a dish I enjoyed growing up and is still a breakfast staple for me now. it’s not traditionally cooked in ramekins like this, but I switched it up for this twist on the recipe!

full recipe just went on my newsletter — link in bio! 🍳 staub cocottes are linked as well!!
