plum & arugula salad with lemon honey cheese, chili infused olive oil & basil!
picked up a bunch of different plums at the @atwatervillagefm, so I sliced them up, threw it over a bed of wild arugula, and topped it all off with Wensleydale Cheese (infused with honey and lemon!) and a drizzle of @wearebrightland red chili olive oil. And then of course, cracked black pepper and fresh basil! No real recipe here, just did what felt right! Another stellar fruit-centric sweet $
