Naga Chicken Kebabs

Juicy, spicy, NAGA CHICKEN KEBABS!
Easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes in the air fryer! 💥 I’ve made these using @bangcurry Naga Bang spice kit | AD

Ingredients
600g Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 Shallot, grated
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Ginger, finely grated
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1 packet @bangcurry Naga Bang spice blend
* wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes

Optional Garnish – Fresh coriander and lemon slices.

Method
Step 1 – In bowl, add the chicken pieces and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

Step 2 – Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5 pieces on each skewer.

Step 3 – Set the air fryer to 200c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken kebabs are cooked through with a meat thermometer.

Step 3 – Top with fresh coriander, lemon slices and serve with buttered rice/or naan and a salad. Enjoy!
