If you haven’t tried Masala beans, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!! I love beans on toast, but masala beans are next level, spicy, tangy and just epic on a toasted slice of sourdough!
A affordable and wholesome breakfast, brunch or lunch combo!!! Try out my recipe below!

Ingredients –
Baked beans
2 tbsp Butter, or ghee
1 large onion, finely sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1 Green chilli, sliced
2 tbsp Fresh coriander, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Mild curry powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Garlic granules
Salt, to taste

Method
Step 1 – In a pan, on medium heat, add the butter/ghee, once hot, add the onions and sauté till translucent and soft. Add the tomatoes and cook further until they soften.
Now add the spices and green chillies and sauté for a minute.

Step 2 – Add the baked beans and fresh coriander and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and serve on buttery toast!!!
