Loaded Steak Nachos!! I wanted this recipe to be affordable, so I did a shop at @target to help keep this recipe budget friendly while making sure it still tasted delicious! (recipe below!)

By getting creative with their Good & Gather products, and sprinkling in some of my favorite veggies and herbs, I was able to create a big sheet pan of loaded nachos that didn’t break the bank! Yay! So easy to make too, and perfect for a summer party!!

RECIPE (serves 4-6)

Steak
¾ lb-1 lb Good & GatherUSDA Choice Angus Beef, cut into 2-inch slices
Chili powder
Cumin
Mexican Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil

Nachos
1 bag Good & Gather Organic Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips
8 oz Good & Gather Colby Jack Deli Sliced Cheese

Toppings
Pico de gallo (about 1 cup)
7 oz Good & Gather Classic Guacamole
¾ cup sour cream
2 radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup pickled jalapeños
2 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 400 F. Start by preparing the steak. Add to a small bowl, and toss in a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of chili powder, cumin, Mexican oregano, and salt and pepper. In a large cast iron skillet, heat some more olive oil on medium high heat, add the steak, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add chips in a single layer. Break the cheese up into small pieces, and sprinkle over the chips. Top with the steak, and cook for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Broil on high for a minute or two at the end, if desired.

Remove from the oven and top with all your toppings. Serve immediately!
