Kimchi Toastie
Cheesy, KIMCHI PACKED, toastie! The ultimate flavour explosion! Grill it or make in the air fryer! Recipe below. SAVE! 🌶️
Ingredients
2 Slices of bread
Butter
Sliced Kimchi from @bibigo_uk
A sprinkle of gochugaru (optional)
Mozzarella,sliced or grated
Mature cheddar, grated
Method –
Butter the front of both slices of bread. Spread the kimchi evenly on a slice of bread (side without the butter), sprinkle over some gochugaru, then place on the mozzarella and mature cheddar. Place the other slice of bread on top (buttered side facing up). Pop in the grill or air fryer for a few minutes! Enjoy!
