Honey Sriracha Chicken

The crispiest, tastiest Honey Sriracha Chicken Bites you’ll ever try!!💥
Serve as a snack, side or even with noodles for dinner! I’ve deep fried these but they can also be made in an air fryer!

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
1 tsp Garlic granules
1/4 tsp Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

2 Eggs, beaten
Plain flour
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying

For the sauce-
1/2 cup Sriracha
2 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Water
Garnish – Fresh coriander (optional)

Method
Step 1 – In large bowl, add the chicken, salt, garlic, ginger and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2 – Coat a piece of chicken in flour, then dip in the egg and now coat with the panko (pat in well). Continue this with the rest of the chicken.

Step 3 – In a large pan, add enough oil for frying. Turn the heat to high. Once hot, place the chicken pieces into the oil and cook for 8-10 minutes, gently turning halfway through and until golden. Cook the chicken in batches – do not overcrowd the pan. Remove from the oil and set aside.

Step 4 – In a small bowl, add the sriracha, honey, lime juice and water. Stir well. Pour the sauce over the chicken and gently toss or stir to combine! Top with fresh coriander and serve!!! Enjoy!
