Homemade Mango Ice Cream 🥭
(with only 3 ingredients)

The summer season is by far my favourite. Why? Because that’s when Pakistani and Indian mangoes are in season, the tastiest mangoes around 🧡. And that calls for my 3 ingredient, super creamy, Mango ice cream which I’ve made in the VIRAL @progress_cookshop Ice cream maker, which has totally lived up to its hype! (Ad) 🍨

Ingredients
500ml Double cream
2 Mangoes (Kesar, Alphonso or Honey – this totally matters)
397g Condensed milk

Method
*prepare your ice cream maker as per manufacturers instructions*
Step 1 – Wash and peel the mangoes, remove the skin and seeds and blitz to a paste.
Step 2 – In a large bowl, add the double cream, using a handheld mixer, whisk until it has thickened to stiff peaks.
Step 3 – Add the mango purée and condensed milk, gently fold it in to combine.
Step 4 – Now add this to your ice cream machine and churn until you reach your desired consistency!!!
Step 5 – Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving! Enjoy!!!! 🍨
