Greek Salad with Spicy Crispy Farro!!
Who doesn’t love a Greek salad… and now that it’s that time of year where tomatoes and cucumbers really shine ✨ I had to take advantage of our summer faves!! 🍅 🥒
Now, I’m not saying this is authentic or should replace the classic preparation of a Greek salad (it shouldn’t) — it’s just a fun little twist so spice things up if you’re feeling adventurous! The crispy farro gives a crispy-rice-like crunch to the salad, and I really liked it!
