Ginger Maple Frappe 🍂

I’ve used my @ninjakitchenuk Ice cream maker to create my favourite Autumn Frappe! 🍁 Sweet and gingery with a good kick of coffee, the ultimate autumnal drink!
Recipe below!

Ingredients
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 shot of Espresso, cooled down
1 tsp Brown sugar, (optional – for extra sweetness)
1/4 tsp Ginger powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
150ml Milk

For the topping –
Whipped cream
Crushed Ginger snap biscuits

Method
Step 1 – Using one of the containers supplied with the Ninja ice cream maker, add all of the ingredients (minus the topping). Place the lid on top and attach to the Ice cream maker. Power it on and press the milkshake option.

Step 2 – Once the process is complete, remove from the container from machine and pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream and crushed ginger snap biscuits! Enjoy
