Garlic Butter Chicken Skewers
Easy, juicy, GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN SKEWERS! Made in the air fryer!

Ingredients
600g Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp Garlic Butter seasoning (dry) – I use @angusandoink
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
* wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes
Garnish – Fresh parsley, lemon wedges
Method
Step 1 – In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2 – Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5-6 pieces on each skewer.
Step 3 – Set the air fryer to 200c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken kebabs are cooked through with a meat thermometer. Glaze the chicken skewers with the left over juices in the tray.
Step 3 – Serve with pasta, salad, or whatever you fancy! Enjoy!
