Happy Friday Everyone! Here’s a little twist on a loved classic….CURRIED tuna mayo! Its sweet, spicy, crunchy and just EPIC!
Put it in a wrap, bread, cold pasta, jacket potato, whatever you like! 🌶
Here’s what you need and add to your own taste! –
Canned tuna (drained)
Mayonnaise
Celery, onion, red peppers, sweet corn, coriander – all finely diced
Mild curry powder
Hot paprika
Salt
