Crostini with Spicy Avocado Feta Salsa!!

You might remember this salsa from a salmon recipe I made not too long ago! ✨Now it’s back with a new partner in crime, a crispy, toasty bread for the tastiest crostini. This makes the best appetizer, and it’s extremely easy to prepare.

RECIPE (serves 4-6)
1 baguette, cut into 1/2”-thick slices
Olive oil to brush on the bread
1 avocado, cut into small cubes
2 oz feta
1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped (with seeds, but if you’re very sensitive to spice, you can remove)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
Juice of 1/2 lime

1. Place bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and brush the top of your bread slices with olive oil. Broil on high until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

2. Add avocado, feta, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to a bowl. Toss until everything is evenly mixed and coated. Top the toasted bread with the avocado salsa, and enjoy!!
