Save the recipe below for later!!!

Ingredients
2 Large Brown onions, cut down the middle and finely sliced
A handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Dried fenugreek
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder/granules
1/2 Baking powder
1 cup Gram flour
100-150ml Water
*Oil for deep frying

Method
Step 1 – In a bowl, add the onions, coriander, chillies, baking powder gram flour and all the dry seasonings. Now slowly add the water and stir until you reach a thickish batter coating the onions.

Step 2 – In a large wok or pan, on high heat, add enough oil for deep frying. Once hot, take a tablespoon, scoop up the mixture and gently drop it into the oil. This is your test, fry until crispy and test for salt, add more if needed to the batter. Now continue, Leave space between each drop. Do this in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy!!!

Step 3 – Remove from the oil and add to plate with paper towel (to soak up any oil).
Serve with raita or you favourite chutney! Enjoy!
