Crispy Chilli Prawns 🍤

Easy to make, crispy as anything and totally delicious! Ready in 8 minutes and cooked to PERFECTION in my air fryer!

Ingredients
16 Raw king prawns, washed, deveined and patted dry
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Garlic granules
1/2 tsp Gochugaru or red chilli powder

For the coating-
Panko, on a plate or bowl
Plain flour, on a plate
1 egg, beaten in a small bowl

Method
Step 1 – Add the prawns the bowl, now add the soy sauce, garlic granules and gochugaru. Mix well.

Step 2 – Coat a prawn in flour, then dip in the egg and now coat with panko (pat in well). Continue this with the rest of the prawns.

Step 3 – Spray the air fryer drawer with oil and place in the prawns, leaving some space between them. Now spray the prawns with some more oil and close the drawer. Turn on the air fryer and set to air frying mode, now turn the temperature to 190C and time to 8 minutes. Press start! Half way through cooking give the drawer a little shake or turn over.
Remove from the drawer once done!

Step 4 – Garnish with fresh chillies and coriander (optional). Serve with a sweet chilli sauce or one of your choice! Enjoy!
