Chilli Pesto Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1 Medium baguette, cut as shown
50g Butter
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Chilli pesto
2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Mozzarella, torn
Mature cheddar, grated
1 Red chilli, finely diced
Method-
Step 1 – Combine the butter, garlic, chilli pesto and parsley. Spread over the cut baguette. Next, sprinkle over the cheddar, mozzarella and red chillies.
Step 2 – Set air fryer to 200c. Place the baguettes on the tray and cook for 5 minutes. Do not turn! Once the cooking cycle is done, remove from the tray, cut into pieces and serve immediately! Enjoy!!!
