Chilli Lemon Chicken Kebabs

Juicy, zingy and with a good kick of spice!
These easy, air fryer, chicken kebabs are about to become a favourite! 💥

Ingredients
600g Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
3 tsp Chilli & lemon seasoning
1 tbsp Smoked paprika
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Olive oil
* wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes

Method
Step 1 – In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2 – Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5 pieces on each skewer.

Step 3 – Set the air fryer to 200. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken kebabs are cooked through.

Step 3 – Serve with naan, salad and a drizzle of garlic sauce! Enjoy
