Chilli Garlic Noodles 🍜

A quick lunch/dinner noodle recipe that is bursting with flavour!! You can add a protein of your choice but you won’t miss it if you don’t! 🌶️

Ingredients
200g Rice noodles (or noodles of choice)
2 – 3 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Chilli oil
1 tsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Sesame oil (wok oil)
3 Garlic cloves, minced or crushed
Spring onions, green part, sliced
Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
Red chillies, finely sliced (optional)
Fresh lime

Method –
Step 1 – In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, chilli oil and brown sugar. Give it a stir and set aside.

Step 2 – In a large pan, on medium heat, add the sesame oil, once hot, add the garlic and sauté till fragrant. Next, add the sauce and cook for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Step 3 – Cook the noodles as per packets instructions, drain and add to the pan. Gently mix in with the sauce to combine.
Top with spring onions, coriander, chillies and a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy!
