Chilli & Feta Fried Eggs

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 tsp Chilli oil
15g Feta, crumbled
Spring onion, greens finely sliced
Method
In a pan on medium heat, add the chilli oil, once hot, crumble in the feta and crack in the eggs. Cook to your preference and top with spring onion greens when ready to serve! Enjoy!
