Cajun Salmon Bites
Crispy, crunchy, CAJUN SALMON BITES. Made in the air fryer and served with sriracha mayonnaise! 🤤 Recipe below. SAVE!
Ingredients
4 Salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic granules
For dredging-
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Plain flour
2 Large eggs, beaten
Garnish –
Lemon wedges
Fresh parsley
Method –
Step 1 – In a bowl, add the salmon pieces. Add the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic. Mix gently to combine.
Step 2 – Coat a piece of salmon in flour, dip in the egg and then toss in the panko breadcrumbs. You can do a few pieces at a time.
Step 3 – Spray the air fryer tray with a little oil and then set to 200c. Place the salmon pieces in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes turning half way through the cooking cycle.
Step 4 – Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Top with freshly chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon and sriracha mayonnaise! Enjoy!
