2 cups Coarse bulgur, washed well
1 tbsp Mild red pepper paste (Turkish brand)
1 Chicken stock cube, dissolve into 3 cups of water.
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, diced
3 Tomatoes, diced
1 Green pepper, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced/grated
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste

Method
Step 1 – In a medium sized pot, on medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add the onions and garlic, sauté until soft and translucent.
Next add the green peppers and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add the tomatoes and stir fry till the juices release from the tomatoes.

Step 2 – Add the bulgur to the pot, and all the dry seasonings. Stir well to combine and sauté for a minute. Now add the chicken stock, stir and bring to a boil. Next, bring the heat down, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. The water should have evaporated during this time, if not, cook for a further 5 minutes.
