Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Crispy, juicy, BUFFALO CHICKEN THIGHS.
Made in the air fryer and ready in under 30 minutes! Recipe below. SAVE.

Ingredients
1kg Chicken thighs, skin on, bone in – washed and patted dry
2 tbsp Buffalo sauce
1 tsp Garlic granules
1 tsp Onion granules
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Olive oil

For the glaze –
Juices from the chicken
2 tbsp Buffalo sauce
– Mix to combine

Method
Step 1 – In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs. Add all of the mentioned ingredients and mix to coat well. Set aside for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.

Step 2 – Set your air fryer to 200c. Place the chicken thighs on the tray skin side up. Cook for 22 minutes, turning half way through. Once the cooking cycle is done, check the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the tray.

Step 3 – For the glaze – Carefully, pour the remaining juices from the tray to a bowl. Now add the buffalo sauce, mix well to combine- brush onto the chicken.

Step 4 – Serve with Mashed potatoes and your favourite veg! Don’t forget the ranch dip! 🤤
