Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Ciabatta rolls, filled with cheesy buffalo chicken! Ready in 5 minutes, and made in the air fryer! 💥

Ingredients
4-5 Ciabatta rolls
200g Left over cooked chicken, or pre cooked chicken – shredded
2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
2 tbsp Spring onion greens, finely sliced
1 cup Mature cheddar, grated (and some extra for topping )
Butter

Method
Step 1 – Cut a hole in the middle of each roll, do not cut through the base. (As shown in the reel)
Step 2 – In a bowl, add the chicken, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, spring onion greens and grated cheese. Mix well.
Step 3 – Spread a little butter in the hole and on top of the roll. Fill the hole with the buffalo chicken mixture. Top with some more cheese.
Step 4 – Place the rolls in the air fryer and set to 190C. Cook for 5 minutes, do not turn!
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately! Enjoy!
