Ahi Poke Bowl (a very “Mainlandized” version!)
I realized it was time to share my go-to poke bowl recipe! Poke is a Native Hawaiian dish consisting of diced, raw fish served with seasonings and condiments, many of which come from Chinese and Japanese influences. My version is definitely a more modern, Mainland-style bowl, but I go into the history and the more traditional prep of Hawaiian poke in the recipe details!
