I love messing around with different flavours on chicken wings and my new recipe is 💥.
Sweet, spicy, sticky and garlicky, all my favourites!
Check out my recipe below!

Ingredients
1kg Chicken wings, wings and drumettes
1 inch piece Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup, Corn flour
Vegetable oil, for frying

For the sauce-
1 1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 tbsp Dark brown sugar
1 tsp Corn flour, mixed in with 1/2 cup water
5 Garlic gloves, minced/grated
3 Dried red chillies, chopped
1 tbsp Sesame oil

Method-
Step 1 – In a large bowl, add the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger. Mix to coat well. Now add the corn flour, coating well.

Step 2 – In a large pot, on high heat, add enough oil to fry the wings. Once bubbling, add the wings in batches, frying for 6-8 minutes and until golden. Set aside.

Step 3 – In a large pan, on medium heat, add the sesame oil, once hot, add the garlic and dried chillies. Fry till fragrant. Next, add the soy sauce, sugar and corn flour slurry. Keep stirring, it will start to thicken.

Step 4 – Add the chicken wings to the sauce and coat well. Top with some fresh coriander and serve! Enjoy 🎇
