Çılbır-Inspired Eggs En Cocotte — baked, custardy eggs best enjoyed with some crusty bread for dipping!
I saw @alexawhatsfordinner make eggs en cocotte and was very inspired!! I used the Turkish egg dish Çılbır as the inspiration for mine and made it yogurt based instead of cream based.
I used my leftover garlic bread (recipe posted a few videos back!) to dip in, and it was divine!! Full recipe just went out on my newsletter “good mood food,” but you can also access it through the link in my bio!!
