Easy Kebab Masala 🌿

This is one of the easiest meals I make with minimal prep!
How so? Well I use frozen seekh kebabs!!! (Found at your local Asian shop) 🌶
I shared this a while back but had to again because it’s so so good!
Try my recipe below!

Ingredients – Serves 4
12-15 Mutton seekh kebabs or your own homemade ones. Cut into halves. (Do not defrost).
1 tin (400g) Chopped tomatoes
1 medium Red onion, finely diced
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 cup Oil
2 Green peppers, cut into chunks.
Fresh coriander, finely chopped

Method
Step 1 – In a large pan, on medium heat, add the oil, once hot add the onions, garlic and ginger paste. Sauté for a few minutes until the onions have become soft and light brown in colour.
Now add the tomatoes, and fry until half of the water has dried up and the oil has started to separate.

Step 2 – Turn the heat down to low and add all of the spices, mixing in well. Now add the frozen kebabs and capsicum, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3 – Remove the lid, turn of the heat and top with coriander. Serve with naan or basmati rice!
