Spicy Korean Chicken 💥

A family favourite and popular recipe on my page, have you tried it yet? 🥢
This simple Korean recipe is a go to when you’re short on time and want to create a heart warming delicious meal!

Ingredients
1/2 kg Boneless chicken thighs (skinless)
White sesame seeds (garnish)
Spring onions, sliced (garnish)
Rice (to serve)

Marinade:
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Corn oil
1 1/2 tbsp Gochujang paste
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Gochugaru or red chilli powder
Ginger, finely grated (2cm piece)
3 Garlic cloves, minced/grated
Salt, to taste

Method
Step 1 – Cut the chicken thighs into cubes.
Step 2 – Combine all ingredients for the marinade and mix in the chicken.
Marinate for an hour.
Step 3 – Heat a pan or wok (medium heat). Once it’s nice and hot, add in the chicken and keep tossing until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4 – Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions! Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
