a salad that tastes like a pizza?! 🥗 🍕 I saw @wishbonekitchen make this recipe originally by @sproutandco, and I knew I had to try it immediately!!
you’ve got kale, honey roasted tomatoes with fennel and oregano, roasted eggplant, fennel roasted almonds and homemade sourdough garlic croutons, a roasted garlic sauce and a mixture of red onion, capers, and parsley to finish it off! oh, and of course some goat cheese!!
this salad takes a lot of work — but it was really unique!! if you’re in the mood for making something fancy and special, try it out! I will definitely be making those fennel roasted almonds again.
