We’re bringing BACK the STACKS — the spicy shrimp stack, to be exact!! Spicy mayo shrimp, chunky avocado, and a lime-infused cucumber and tomato mixture!

This stack pulls inspo from a few type of dishes — the spicy shrimp is based on a spicy tuna roll/sushi stack, which of course is rooted in Japanese cuisine. And then you’ve got a little touch of ceviche inspiration in there/pico de gallo vibes from Mexican cooking! And it looks like causa from Peru as well. This stack is not a traditional representation of any of those dishes by any means — I clearly did my own spin here, but the components are reminiscent of it all!
