French onion soup with white beans!!
I’m not sure why, but in my head, French onion soup was too fancy to make at home and was reserved only for skilled restaurant chefs — turns out I was very, very wrong!! It’s easy! You just need a little patience to caramelize your onions, but other than that.. anyone can do it!!
