Roasted Peppers with Garlic & Burrata, olive oil & balsamic, and some oregano, fresh basil, and flake salt!

To make, cut 4 bell peppers into chunks, and add to a baking dish with a head of garlic that’s had the top sliced off to remove the cloves (also remove any excess paper). Drizzle/toss in olive oil and add some salt & pepper. Bake at 450 F for 30-45 min or until peppers are soft and have just begun to char.

Transfer to a plate and top with burrata (I used 8 oz, which was 2 balls). Drizzle with good olive oil and some balsamic glaze, and top with a sprinkle of dried oregano and a few leaves of sliced basil. Finish off with flake salt!
