Creamy Makhani Curry- loaded pittas 🥙

| Here’s an easy meal recipe that’s ready in 15 minutes! And it’s plant based!!!!!! I’ve used @wearetheflavourists ‘Creamy Makhani Curry’ sizzle kit to make loaded pittas and they went down a treat!

The meal kit comes with veg and protein balls, makhani curry paste, a chilli coconut crumb and tamarind sauce. The protein balls are hearty and flavourful, and the curry sauce tastes great with them! What more could you ask for?!

Ingredients – serves 2
1 pack @wearetheflavourists Creamy Makhani Curry – sizzle kit
200ml Coconut milk
1 Red onion, finely sliced
1 Red chilli, finely diced
A handful of Mixed salad
Fresh coriander, finely chopped (optional)
2 Folded pittas, toasted

Method
Step 1 – Follow the instructions on the pack to cook the balls.
Step 2 – In a separate pan, on medium heat, add the curry paste and sauté for a minute, now add the coconut milk, stir and cook until it’s thickened. Mix in the balls and set aside. Next, dry fry the chilli coconut crumb and set aside.
Step 3 – Toast the pittas and fill with the salad and onions. Now add the balls, top with fresh coriander, chillies and the crumb. Drizzle over the tamarind sauce or use as a dip and serve!!! Enjoy
