saw this from @torminell and knew I had to recreate!
Think a Japanese-inspired “crispy rice spicy tuna” but in waffle form! There are also many other types of cuisine that use crispy rice (Persian Tahdig, Korean Nurungji)! And poke comes from Hawaii!
