Creamy Tuscan Pasta 🌿

This Creamy Tuscan Pasta takes 15 minutes to make! Super cheesy, garlicky and with a hint of spice! DELISH!

Ingredients
300g Fusilli (or your choice)
3 tbsp Butter
300ml Double cream
1 Small onion, finely diced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
100g Sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
150g Baby spinach
1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp Crushed chilli flakes
1 tsp Mixed Italian herbs (or to taste)
1 tsp Umami liquid or half a chicken stock cube
Salt, to taste
50g Parmesan, grated

Step 1 – Cook the pasta as per packets instructions, keep 1 cup of the water and drain the rest. Set aside.

Step 2 – In a large pan, on low heat, add the butter, once hot, add the onions, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Now add the baby spinach and cook until wilted. Add the cream, and all of the seasonings, and parmesan. Stir to combine and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3 – Add the pasta into the sauce along with the reserved pasta water and gently stir to combine. Remove from the heat.
Serve with garlic bread or a salad! Enjoy!
