Lobster Pasta in a creamy tomato sauce 🦞

The heart shaped, Lobster filled pasta is back at Aldi. I made this recipe last Valentine’s Day with the same pasta and it was so good! Run to @aldiuk, grab a pack and follow this recipe for a super tasty dinner! ♥️

Ingredients
Lobster filled pasta from @aldi
280ml Double cream
1 tbsp Tomato purée
3 Garlic gloves, minced
2 Tomatoes, finely diced (discard seeds)
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Crushed red chillies (or more like me)
A pinch of salt
20g Parmesan, grated
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (garnish)

Step 1 – Cooked the pasta as per packets instructions, drain and set aside. Reserve 1/2 a cup of the water.

Step 2 – In a pan, on medium heat, add the butter, once melted, add the garlic. Sauté till fragrant. Now add the tomato purée and stir. Pour in the double cream, add the dry seasonings and stir. Next add the diced tomatoes, parmesan and reserved pasta water.

Step 3 – Gently add in the pasta and coat it in the sauce. Top with fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread and a salad. Enjoy ❤️‍🔥
