Chinese Chilli Wings💥

Crispy, spicy, Chinese style CHICKEN WINGS! Simple to make and tastes sooo good! You can cook these in an air fryer or oven! I’ve put both options below 😌

Ingredients
1kg Chicken wings, washed and patted dry
1 tsp Ginger, finely grated
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil

Seasoning mix – Combine
1/4 tsp Caster sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
1/2 tsp Garlic powder/granules
1 tsp Crushed chilli flakes

Garnish-
1 Red chilli, finely chopped
1 Spring onion, green part, finely sliced
Fresh coriander, finely chopped

Method
Step 1 – Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and seasoning mix. Bring it all together with your hands and set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2 – Air fry or Oven
•Oven – Place on a lined oven tray and bake for 35 minutes at 200. Turn halfway through and baste with the remaining marinade.
•Air fry – Place in your air fryer and cook at 195 for 22 minutes, turn half way through and baste with the remaining marinade. Do this in batches.
*cooking times may vary, always check food is cooked through and has reached your desired crispness!

Step 3- Garnish with red chillies, spring onions and coriander! Enjoy!!!!
