Buffalo Chicken Wings 🔥

These crispy, spicy and oh so buttery buffalo wings are going to knock you off your socks! 💥

Ingredients
1 kg Chicken wings, washed and patted dry
1/2 tsp Onion salt granules
1 tsp Garlic granules
3 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
Spraying oil

For the sauce-
1/2 cup Hot sauce (Use your favourite!)
3 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 tbsp Brown sugar/ or honey

Method
Step 1 – In a large bowl add the wings, now sprinkle over the corn flour, baking powder, onion granules and garlic granules. Mix to coat well.
Spray your air fryer base with oil and set to air fry- 195C. Place the wings in a single layer, and cook for 10 minutes. Open the tray, turn them over and cook for a further 10 -12 minutes. (If you haven’t reached your desired crisp level, cook for a further 5 mins)
*alternatively you can cook these in the oven, place on a baking tray, spray the wings with oil, and cooking at 220C, for a total time of 50 minutes (turning half way through).*

Step 2 – In a pan, on low heat, add the butter, hot sauce and sugar. Stir and cook until the sugar has dissolved and it’s all combined.

Step 3 – In a large clean bowl, add the crispy wings and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss well to combine!!!!
Enjoy with chips, vegetable sticks and a sour cream or a blue cheese dip! 🍗
