grilled peaches on toast with labneh and chili crunch!

had to revisit this one as we approach the summer season! you know how much I love a good sweet & savory combo!

i make the peaches on a grill pan because I don’t have a grill. i just cut them into wedges/slices and fry them on a grill pan with some oil on medium high, a a few minutes on each side. you can press down on the peaches to help get those grill indents

i use toasted sourdough with a spread of labneh (can also use greek yogurt!) + a drizzle of chili crunch and some basil!
