Coronation Chicken TENDERS
Crispy, crunchy CORONATION CHICKEN TENDERS 🇬🇧. Here’s my twist on the much loved British classic using @bangcurry Khulna spice kit and made in the air fryer. Serve with my coronation dip! 👑 | AD

Ingredients
For the chicken –
400g Chicken breast, cut into thick strips
1 tbsp @bangcurry Khulna spice
1 tbsp Mango chutney
1/2 cup Natural yogurt
For the coating –
3 cups Crushed Cornflakes
For the dip –
5 tbsp Light mayonnaise
2 tbsp Natural yogurt
3 tbsp Mango Chutney
1 tbsp @bangcurry Khulna spice
A pinch, Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Sultanas, finely chopped (or to taste)
Method
Step 1 – In a bowl add the chicken strips, mix in all of the seasonings, coating them well.
Step 2 – Take a strip and roll it in the cornflakes, and pat them in well, set aside. Continue with the remaining chicken pieces.
Step 3 – Set your air fryer to 190c, and spray the tray with a little oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 16 minutes, turning half way through.
Step 4- Whist you’re waiting, combine the ingredients for the dip. Mix well.
Step 5 – Once the cooking cycle is done. Check the chicken is cooked through and remove from the air fryer. Serve on a bed of salad greens and with the dip on the side! Enjoy!
