grilled peaches & burrata with olive oil, honey, and basil!
now that it’s officially summer, I had to bring back one of my favorite, simple seasonal dishes!!
you don’t even need a grill to make these — just a grill pan!
To make, you just cut two peaches into wedges/slices, heat your grill or grill pan to medium high, and spray with some olive oil.
Add the peach slices and cook for a few minutes on each side until grill marks appear (press down to help them indent.
Transfer to a plate and top with 2 balls of burrata (8 oz) and drizzle with olive oil and honey and sprinkle on some fresh basil and a little bit of black and red pepper!!
