Ranch Chicken Kebabs
Easy, juicy, RANCH CHICKEN KEBABS!
Made in the air fryer!! ☀️

Ingredients
600g Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp Low fat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix (dry)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Olive oil
* wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes
Method
Step 1 – In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2 – Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5-6 pieces on each skewer.
Step 3 – Set the air fryer to 200c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken kebabs are cooked through.
Step 3 – Serve with pasta, salad, or whatever you like! Enjoy!
