Sweet Chilli Chick’n

Sticky, SWEET CHILLI CHICK’N. Made with the tasty @tindlefoods nuggets – chicken made from PLANTS!🌿 Get yours at your nearest @Morrisons. AD

Ingredients
1 pack TiNDLE nuggets
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Ginger, finely grated
1 Red chilli, finely diced
50ml Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 Spring onions

Garnish – Sesame seeds (optional)

Method
Step 1 – Pan fry the TiNDLE nuggets as per packets instructions. Once cooked, remove and set aside.

Step 2 – In the same pan, on low-medium heat, add the sesame oil. Once hot, add the garlic, ginger and red chillies. Sauté for 1 minute. Next add the soy sauce, sugar and sriracha, stir well to combine. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add in the nuggets and coat well in the sauce. Now add the spring onions and stir fry for a further 1 minute.

Step 3 – Remove from the heat, garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with sticky rice or noodles! Enjoy 🌿
