Ingredients – Makes 4
8-10 Seafood sticks
Lettuce
3 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Ketchup
Paprika
Chives
Brioche rolls/buns
Method
Step 1 – Chop the seafood sticks into small pieces (as shown in the reel), now transfer them to a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mix to combine.
Step 2 – Cut a split through a brioche roll to make a half, then toast it (optional). Butter the sides, add a lettuce leaf or 2, fill with the seafood mixture, sprinkle with paprika and fresh chives! Enjoy!!!!
