Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Crispy, juicy, ZESTY, LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS!! Tossed is a lemon butter sauce! Made in the air fryer in 20 minutes. Recipe below! SAVE.

Ingredients
1kg Chicken Wings, washed and patted dry
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
Cooking oil (spray)

For the sauce
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Cracked black pepper (optional)

Method
Step 1 – In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Next add the lemon pepper seasoning, old bay, baking powder and corn flour. Mix well to combine, making sure all the wings are evenly coated.

Step 2 – Set your air fryer to 190c, for 20 minutes. Spray the tray with a little oil and place the chicken wings in, leaving some space between them. Now spray the wings with a little oil. Half way through the cooking cycle, turn the wings. Once the cooking cycle is done, check the wings are cooked through.

Step 3 – 5 minutes before the cooking cycle is up – In a pan, on low heat, add the butter, once melted, add the lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning and black pepper. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Step 4 – Add the cooked wings to a bowl, pour over the sauce and toss well to combine! Enjoy
