Crispy Gnocchi with chilli pesto

Crispy, cheesy, spicy GNOCCHI! Ready in 12 minutes and made in the air fryer!

Ingredients
500g Gnocchi
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic granules
1 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp Sea salt or to taste
2 tbsp Olive oil
Chilli pesto
Parmesan
Fresh parsley or basil (optional)

Method –
Step 1 – In a large bowl, add in the gnocchi, then add the olive oil and toss. Now add the paprika,garlic,basil and salt and toss or mix well to coat.

Step 2 – Set your air fryer to 200C for 12 minutes. Add them to the tray. Shake the drawer halfway through the cooking time. Once the cooking cycle is complete, remove them from the air fryer and transfer to a plate or bowl. Add a few dollops of chilli pesto, sprinkle on loads of parmesan and top with fresh parsley or basil! Enjoy!
