Cajun Chicken Thighs

Crispy, juicy, CAJUN CHICKEN THIGHS.🔥
Made in the air fryer and ready in under 30 minutes! Recipe below. SAVE.

Ingredients
1kg Chicken thighs, skin on – bone in, washed and patted dry
1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Garlic, minced
Half a Lime, juiced
1 tbsp Oil

Method
Step 1 – In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs. Add all of the mentioned ingredients and mix to coat well, making sure to get under the skin as well. Set aside for 1 hour or cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2 – Set your air fryer to 200c. Place the chicken thighs on the tray, skin side up. Cook for 22 minutes, turning half way through. Once the cooking cycle is done, check the chicken is cooked through with a meat thermometer. Remove from the chicken from tray and carefully pour the juices into a bowl.

Step 3 – Glaze the chicken with the juices and top with fresh parsley! (Optional) Enjoy!
