French Onion Soup with White Beans!!!

this is, a classic that I’ve barely touched but just added a little bit of protein 🥰
I will forever and ever be an onion girl, so any excuse to eat a bowl of onions, and I’m in! like, think about it for a second. French onion soup is basically a big bowl of onions that we pour broth over and deem acceptable to it. I love it so much 🧅
