Tandoori Chicken Fries

Crispy, tandoori spiced, CHICKEN FRIES!!! Made in the air fryer! Serve with a mint chutney for the perfect combo!! Recipe below. SAVE! 🔥

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
1 tsp Tandoori seasoning

For dredging
1 cup Corn flakes, finely crushed, mix in 1/2 tsp tandoori seasoning and 1 tsp smoked paprika.
1 Egg, beaten

Method-
Step 1 – Combine the chicken strips with the tandoori seasoning.Set aside

Step 2 – Dip a strip in the egg and then toss in the cornflakes mixture to coat well. Repeat for all of the strips.

Step 3 – Set your air fryer to 175 and spray the tray with a little oil. Place the chicken fries in a single layer and spray with a little oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning half way through. Once the cooking cycle is done, check the chicken is cooked through.

Step 4 – Top with finely chopped coriander and serve with a mint & yogurt chutney. Enjoy!
